How to Close in 8 Days
At First Option Mortgage, we pride ourselves on the fact that we close most of our loans within 8 business days or less. In the following sections you will learn what you need to do in order to ensure that your home loan closes in 8 days or less!
- Get all of your personal documents requested by your Loan Officer within 48 hours
- Use one of our approved Title Companies and Appraisers
- Make sure that you schedule your appraisal within 48 hours of your appointment
Day One
- Agree on a Loan Program and sign all of your application documents
- Your Loan Officer will order Title and Appraisal
Day Two
- All of your personal documents must be given to your Loan Officer
- Appraisal should be scheduled at this time
Day Three - Day Five
- Appraisal and Title should be received by the Loan Officer
- File is ready to be submitted to an Underwriter
Day Eight
- Your new home loan is ready to close!
